STEP 1

CONSULTATION

We start by meeting with you and listening to your needs.  At our first meeting we want to discuss the following:

  • General scope of work
  • Critical elements of the project
  • Timeline
  • Level of finishes
  • Approximate budget

 

STEP 2

LETTER OF INTENT

Rigadom will prepare a detailed Letter of Intent ("LOI"). Our LOI will include:

  • Description of Work
  • Some drawings clarifying critical elements (as required by Rigadom)
  • Project schedule
  • Project Budget (if possible)

 

 

STEP 3

DESIGN REVIEW

Following execution of the LOI, Rigadom will prepare a design, or work with your designer, to develop the best plan to suit your needs.  At this point in the process we develop the following:

  • Scope of work
  • Construction budgets
  • Schedule
  • Construction details
  • Contract

 

 

 

STEP 4

CONTRACT/PERMIT

After the contract is signed, Rigadom will file for the building permit.  

 

STEP 5

CONSTRUCTION

Construction will commence after the permit is issued.
